Proposal for the implementation of the Market Sustainability Plan and use of the Market Sustainability and Fair Cost of Care Fund (2022-23) and Market Sustainability and Improvement (2023-24) Funds.
To seek Cabinet Member ratification for the
decision taken by the Executive Director of Adult Social Care,
Wellbeing and Communities to publish the Council’s Market
Sustainability Plan and to seek delegated authority for the
implementation of measures within the plan, including payments to
providers of bed based and domiciliary provision for older and
disabled people in Gloucestershire.
