To seek approval to undertake a mini competition under ESPO Framework 394_19 for the procurement and commissioning of an Electronic Call Monitoring (ECM) system for Home Care and Supported Living Providers in Gloucestershire.   To seek approval to delegate authority to Executive Director: Adult Social Care and Public Health to award the contract.
