Mini competition to procure a call-off contract under Lot 3 of the Gloucestershire Framework Agreement for Domestic Abuse

To seek Cabinet approval to conduct a mini-competition between all the providers on Lot 3 of the Gloucestershire Framework for Domestic Abuse (GFDA) for the procurement of a four-year contract with an initial term of three years, with the option to extend for a further year, for services to address domestic abuse perpetrator behaviour.
