Tender and Award of Transport Contracts under the Dynamic Purchasing System for Transport

To seek Cabinet approval to use the Transport Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to procure and award both public transport and home to school transport contracts as required, each with an estimated value of over £250,000; and

To provide feedback to Cabinet on all contracts awarded to date using the DPS since its launch in February 2020, as required by the Cabinet decision of 24 July 2019.
