Enhanced Independence Offer (Home First) : Additional Resources to Meet Increased Demand

To outline an increased demand for Home First (Reablement) packages, and highlight the need to use additional temporary resources (£1.7m) to increase capacity within the Integrated Care System (ICS). This will help ICS partners to discharge patients quicker and support primary care in keeping more people from being admitted to hospital.
