Banded Funding for SEND and EHCP

The purpose of this report is to outline proposed changes to the way in which we fund support for children with additional needs, including Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The report explains how we propose to adjust funding models to support early intervention and reduce pressures on statutory processes.
