Specialist sexual health service delivery arrangements 2021/22

To continue with the current Specialist Sexual Health Service delivery model for the financial year 2021/22 whereby the Council agrees to transfer monies to the Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) under a Section 76 Agreement (pursuant to the National Health Services Act 2006); in order to secure the delivery of the Council’s statutory responsibilities for sexual health.
