Gloucester & Sharpness Canal Towpath Upgrade Phase 3:

To seek Cabinet approval for the Executive Director of Economy, Environment & Infrastructure to enter into a funding agreement with the European Regional Development Fund and permit the Canal & River Trust (as project partner) to commence works via their term contractor from September 2020.
