Development of a new contract for bed based care

To seek cabinet approval to conduct an engagement process with care home providers and care home residents which will inform the development of a new bed based care form of contract in anticipation of such contract being brought back to cabinet for its approval in December 2020 prior to a procurement process for bed based care that will be carried out from January to March 2021.
