Consultees

All consultees who have requested notification of plan making progress including the adoption of the MLP and the Secretary of State must be notified under the requirements of reg. 26 (b and c) of the Local Planning Regulation 2012 (as amended).

Scrutiny Input: The Environment Scrutiny Committee has been involved in preparation of the MLP. It last reported in November 2017, noting the intention of the Council to move to the publication consultation stage during 2018.

Planned Dates: Council to consider the recommendations made by Cabinet including the proposal to adopt the Mineral Local Plan at the County Council meeting on 12 February 2020 An adoption statement and a notice of availability of documents for inspection must be prepared as soon as reasonably practicable after the adoption of the MLP under the requirements of reg. 26 (a) of the Local Planning Regulation 2012 (as amended). This is timetabled for February / March 2020.
