Cabinet approval is sought for Gloucestershire
County Council to enter into a new Section 75 Agreement with
Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group when the current
Section 75 Agreement expires on 31 March 2020. The new Agreement
will be for an initial period of 3 years (commencing 1st April
2020) and include an option to extend such period by 2 (two)
further years (expiring 31st March 2025).
A decision to enter into the proposed new Section 75 Agreement will ensure that partnership working between Gloucestershire County Council and Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group continues to mature and joint commissioning arrangements continue to develop and build on the success achieved to date in respect of the parties’ integrated functions and methodologies.
