West of Cheltenham Improvement Scheme; UK Cyber Business Park – Contract (s) Procurement and Ancillary Orders Phases 1 & 2

To seek approval to authorise the Commissioning Director: Communities & Infrastructure, to:

a) Conduct a compliant competitive tender process and to award a contract (s) in respect of the West of Cheltenham Improvement Scheme; UK Cyber Business Park Phases 1 & 2; and

b) Upon conclusion of the competitive tender process, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Highways and Flood and following Executive Decision Paper approval, to enter into a contract (s) with the preferred provider evaluated as offering the Council best value for money for delivery of the services. In the event that the preferred provider for the contract (s) is either unable or unwilling to enter into that contract with the Council then the officer is authorised to enter into such contract (s) with the next willing highest placed suitably qualified provider
