a) To seek Cabinet approval to use the Transport Dynamic Purchasing System to procure and award the passenger transport contracts described in an attached table as required, each with an estimated value of over £500,000; and
b) To provide feedback to Cabinet on officer’s progress in implementing the passenger transport contract related decisions agreed to in the Cabinet report of July 2018.
