Implementation to develop a semi-independent project as part of Gloucestershire’s Sufficiency Strategy

To seek cabinet approval to:

a)    Develop Trevone House to provide semi-independent accommodation using GCC capital monies.

b)    Delegate authority to the Director of Children’s Services to undertake a compliant competitive tender process for the operational delivery of the new project and to award a 5 year contract with the option to extend for a further 2 years.

July/Oct 2019 - Complete tender process and award contract March 2020 - Service fully operational
