Following the conclusion of a competitive procurement process under the above-mentioned Access to Resources Framework for the 2023-24 Round 1 of applications, and having consulted with the Cabinet Member Cllr Stephen Davies (Cabinet Member for Children’s Safeguarding and Early Years) in accordance with the Cabinet decision 10th November 2021:
DECISION:
1. To authorise the change the procurement route from a Modified (Pseudo) Dynamic Purchase System (MDPS) to a Modified (Pseudo) Open Framework
2. To award a Framework Agreement to the following 2023-24 Round 1 preferred suppliers :

3. Subject to the previous item:
i. To delegate authority to the Heads of Service (Commissioning) in the Children & Families Commissioning Hub to sign each Framework Agreement as a delegated and suitable signatory on behalf of the Council, and
To delegate authority to the Heads of Service (Commissioning) in the Children & Families Commissioning Hub to sign each call-off or direct award contract issued under the framework as a delegated and suitable signatory on behalf of the Council.
