1.	Appointment of Chairperson Minutes: Cllr Mark Mackenzie-Charrington was appointed as Chairperson for the meeting.

4.	Public Summary - PDF 118 KB To approve as a correct record the Public Summary of the meeting held on the 9^th July 2024. Minutes: Resolved That the public minutes of the meeting held on 9 July 2024 be approved as a correct record.
5.	Exclusion of Press and Public - The Board may wish to exclude the press and public from the meeting during consideration of the remaining item on the agenda in accordance with the provisions of section 100A of the Local Government Act 1972 which is: Information relating to any individual (Schedule 12A:1). Information which is likely to reveal the identity of an individual (Schedule 12A:2). Minutes: RESOLVED That the press and public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the remaining items on the Agenda in accordance with provisions of Section 100A of the Local Government Act 1972 (Schedule 12A paras 4, 5 and 7 which are: ØInformation relating to any particular application for and recipient of, or former recipient of any service provided by the authority. 7.	Hearing of Appeals View the reasons why item 7. is restricted To consider appeals in respect of charges for assistance with home to school transport. Minutes: The Board considered one case in respect of home to school transport.
