To vary the Council’s “Somewhere Safe to Stay (SStS) Hubs for rough sleepers” contract with the supplier known as People, Potential and Possibilities (P3), by extending its term for a further period of 3 months until 31st March 2021 and to reserve the council an option to extend its term again for a further period of 6 months (until 30th September 2021).
