To transfer monies to Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) over a period up to, but not exceeding four years (commencing April 2020 and ending March 2024) under a Section 76 Agreement (pursuant to the National Health Services Act 2006) for the purposes of funding the incorporation of the routine commissioning of Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) for HIV into the services delivered by the Specialist Sexual Health Service provided by Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust; thereby securing the delivery of the Council’s statutory responsibilities for sexual health.
