Tendering of Services for Homelessness and People in Vulnerable Circumstances

To seek approval for:

a) The council to act as the lead authority on behalf of public sector organisations in Gloucestershire, for the creation of a multi-supplier ‘Open Framework’ Agreement for the provision of services to people in vulnerable circumstances and homeless with complex need, and,

b) Upon conclusion of the award of the Framework, to use it to award contracts for the provision of Community and Accommodation Based Support Service Contracts.
