Lydney Cycling Improvements – Contract Procurement and Ancillary Orders

1. To seek Cabinet approval for the Lead Commissioner; Highway Authority, to be authorised to conduct a compliant competitive tender process and to award a contract in respect of the Lydney Cycling Improvements proposals; and

2. For the Lead Commissioner; Highway Authority, to be authorised to make any ancillary orders that might be required to successfully implement the scheme. This authority will enable GCC to make legal orders such as dedicated path orders and temporary traffic regulation orders (TTRO’s for speed limits etc.) during the construction phase of the project
