Tender and Award of Recyclate Services under the Dynamic Purchasing System for Household Recycling Centres

To present the first annual financial position regarding the trading and disposal of materials from Household Recycling Centres, and to seek approval for a short term extension to current contracts (excluding wood) to enable them to synchronise with the financial year thereafter. It is intended that the next round of contracts are let for three years in order to achieve better value contract rates, and to facilitate this it is requested that the threshold limits for wood, metals and cardboard contracts be increased.
