15/12/2017 - Proposal to consecutively exercise the contractual options to extend the Section 75 Agreement between Gloucestershire County Council and Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group.

The Section 75 Agreement currently ends on the 31st March 2018. In recognition of the need to further embed the investment made into integrated commissioning, approval is now sought to consecutively exercise the contractual options to extend the Section 75 Agreement so that it will expire on 31st March 2020.

20/10/2017 - Proposal to permanently increase the Reception intake at The John Moore Primary School

To seek approval to publish a statutory notice to permanently increase the Reception intake at The John Moore Primary School by 0.5 form of entry (15 places) from 30 to 45 to create a one and a half form of entry primary school from September 2019.

17/10/2017 - Domiciliary Care – Urban Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS)

To seek Cabinet approval to authorise the Commissioning Director: Adults (and DASS) to

1) Establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of care for vulnerable and older people in the urban zones of Cheltenham and Gloucester for the remainder of the contract to 30 September 2023; and

2) Award packages of care to other domiciliary providers on the DPS where the Lead Providers are unable to meet the assessed demand from health and social care.

16/10/2017 - Tender and Award of Recyclate Services under the Dynamic Purchasing System for Household Recycling Centres

To present the first annual financial position regarding the trading and disposal of materials from Household Recycling Centres, and to seek approval for a short term extension to current contracts (excluding wood) to enable them to synchronise with the financial year thereafter. It is intended that the next round of contracts are let for three years in order to achieve better value contract rates, and to facilitate this it is requested that the threshold limits for wood, metals and cardboard contracts be increased.

13/10/2017 - Stonehouse A419 Improvement Scheme – Contract Procurement and Ancillary Orders

To seek Cabinet approval for the Commissioning Director: Communities & Infrastructure to be authorised to conduct a compliant competitive tender process and to award a contract in respect of the A419 Improvement Scheme proposals; and

For the Commissioning Director: Communities & Infrastructure to be authorised to make any other ancillary orders that might be required to successfully implement the scheme.

15/06/2017 - Short Breaks Update

In December 2016, Cabinet took the decision to respond to the short breaks consultation feedback by requesting that the Commissioning Director, Adult Services, develop a plan for consideration by Cabinet that makes recommendations on the future of residential provision, having regard to the full spectrum of need within the short breaks plan. This report to Cabinet on 19 July fulfils the requirement in this action.
