To take a decision on the implementation of the national Troubled Families programme in Gloucestershire using funding provided for this purpose by the Department for Communities and Local Government.

1.         That authorisation is given to the Commissioning Director, Children & Families in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Vulnerable Families to develop and implement the Troubled Families programme in Gloucestershire working in partnership with all relevant agencies. 

2.         That authorisation is given to the use of the Troubled Families Grant to meet targets set by the Department for Communities and Local Government.
